LEGO just announced an incredibly intricate Rivendell building set, inspired by the home of the house of Elrond. With more than 6,000 pieces, this set is huge and full of stunning details, including multicolored trees, an elven tower, and a tile roof that you won’t be able to stop staring at.
Rivendell is perfect for recreating scenes from the movies, featuring three sections. The first includes the Council Ring, Frodo’s Bedroom, and Elrond’s Study. The second is the elven tower, which has five statues of famous Elven warriors, and the third is the Gazebo where the Fellowship departs Rivendell. There are also 15 minifigures that collectors can use to set the state, including the entire Fellowship — Gandalf, Frodo, Sam Gamgee, Merry, Pippin, Legolas, Gimli, Boromir, Aragorn — along with Elrond, Arwen, Bilbo, two elves, and a dwarf.
LEGO VIP members will be able to snag the Rivendell set and a free Frodo and Gollum LEGO BrickHeadz set from March 5-7. Then, the set will drop online and in stores on March 8. One does not simply pass up on the chance to get one of the coolest LEGO sets ever!
