Michael Scott once said: “An office is for not dying. An office is a place to live life to the fullest, to the max … an office is a place where dreams come true.”
Well, we must be in an office because our dreams are coming true: There’s a new LEGO set inspired by the popular sitcom The Office.
Originally pitched on the LEGO Ideas platform (where the design gained enough support to go into production), this 1,164-piece set features almost the entire interior of the Dunder Mifflin Scranton branch, complete with Michael Scott’s office and the conference room. While the set does not include the annex or the warehouse, it features the receptionist’s desk and all the sales desks.
It comes with a record 15 character minifigures, including Pam Beesly, Jim Halpert, Michael Scott, Dwight Schrute, and all the other Scranton employees from sales, quality control, customer service, HR, and accounting. It also features a variety of iconic accessories from throughout the series, including Kevin’s pot of chili, Dwight’s stapler in Jello, and Michael’s “World’s Best Boss” mug.
The LEGO Ideas The Office set is available for preorder at lego.com and will hit shelves as a Walmart exclusive beginning Oct. 1.
