Nintendo fans can cross the finish line with a new set from The LEGO Group! In celebration of MAR10 Day, a calendar day (March 10) dedicated to the red-capped racer, the new build-and-display set features Mario in his Standard Kart — shells not included.
The LEGO Super Mario: Mario Kart set ($169.99) contains 1,972 bricks. Once completed, it features a posable figure of the Italian brother with a movable head and arms, so fans can display Mario and his kart at dynamic angles. The Nintendo hero can appear as if he’s in a high-stakes race or casually drifting to the finish line. Builders can complete the set through the step-by-step instructions included in the box or by using the LEGO Builder app.
While fans can preorder the set today, it won’t race to the front step until May. During MAR10 Day last year, the company confirmed a sequel to The Super Mario Bros. Movie for 2026. Who knows what next year will bring!
