It’s not a fashion statement… it’s a new collection with Kidrobot!
Celebrating My Chemical Romance’s history and current worldwide tour, Kidrobot has partnered with the popular rock band to bring fans a variety of limited-edition vinyl figures and Phunny plushes inspired by MCR!
New vinyl figures and plushes will drop every Monday until Oct. 10, with each week’s collectibles inspired by one of the band’s famous albums: I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge, The Black Parade, and Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys. The series will end with a drop called “The Return of MCR.”

Each week’s vinyl series is comprised of 3-inch vinyl figures of band members Frank Iero, Matt Pelissier, Ray Toro, Gerard Way, and Mikey Way, styled to reflect that week’s album. The weekly 5-inch Phunny plush collectibles, meanwhile, are inspired by the cover of that week’s album.
The first release, which came out last week, celebrated MCR’s debut album, I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love. The first week’s Phunny release was a Hanged Man 5-inch Phunny plush, which represents the illustration of the escape artist on the album’s cover. Yesterday, the vinyl figure set for Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge and the corresponding Helena Phunny dropped.
Each MCR vinyl figure set is limited to 2,000 pieces and costs $75. Each Phunny plush figure costs $15.99. The first two MCR drops are available to shop now at kidrobot.com.
