Shop Adorable Merch at Miniso’s New Santa Monica Location

If you find yourself strolling along the beachfront in Santa Monica, California looking to shop merch from your favorite fandoms, you’re in luck. On Saturday, Aug. 24, lifestyle brand Miniso opened the doors on its 200th location in the U.S. at the Third Street Promenade shopping complex. 

The store features more than 3,700 square feet of merchandise from popular brands, including Sanrio, Disney, Snoopy, We Bare Bears, and more. The star of this Miniso location is Stitch, with an animated version of the character on the store’s facade and a giant display of Stitch plush at the entrance. Other characters with dedicated displays include Cinnamoroll and Kuromi from Sanrio. 

The store debuted a new series of Disney Stamp surprise toys, which feature fan-favorite Disney characters emerging from a postage stamp. There are six stamps to collect, including Mike Wazowski and Sully as seen in Monsters University, Winnie the Pooh, Buzz Lightyear, Stitch, Dumbo, and Mickey Mouse as seen in Steamboat Willie. 

Miniso has more than 6,600 locations worldwide, with several locations in the Los Angeles and tourist destinations like Times Square in New York, American Dream Mall, and more. Once you’re done riding all of the rides on the pier and eating all the delicious food Santa Monica has to offer, stop by Miniso to get some treats to enjoy long after your trip has ended.
