Today, six years after Mondo first debuted its 1:6-scale Masters of the Universe (MOTU) collectible series, the pop-culture merch maker and retailer has rereleased He-Man, the first collectible in that line, as an exclusive, timed-edition.
The iconic ‘80s hero is known for his extremely muscular build and battle weapons, which have been masterfully replicated by the team of artists who worked on the collectible figure. This He-Man collectible is approximately 12 inches tall and features 30 points of articulation.
This collectible also includes all the accessories collectors need to fully prepare the character for his next battle with Skeletor. This includes three interchangeable portraits (or faces) — classic, neutral, and angry — as well as interchangeable, snap-on chest armor. You can display the figure in classic armor or battle armor, which includes the quintessential He-Man “H”. The figure also comes with different fist positions to hold the various weapon accessories, including a knife, a knife sheath, two swords, two shields, and an ax. Of course, there’s also a fist to pose He-Man in his iconic thunder punch.
This all-inclusive collectible is a must-have for any MOTU fan and is available to preorder now, but only until 11:59 a.m. CT tomorrow, June 22. The collectible costs $260, is limited to three per customer, and is expected to ship next February.
