Brutality! The delightfully violent video game Mortal Kombat 11 comes to the world of trading cards through a partnership with Upper Deck and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products.

Mortal Kombat is a fighting video game series known for its almost comical levels of graphic violence, particularly in the finishing moves characters use. The franchise recently celebrated its 30th anniversary and will be celebrating even more with this new trading card release.

The cards will be more than just collectible. Mortal Kombat will join Upper Deck’s Vs. System 2PCG, a card game that has players engaging in intense battles between heroes. The cards will give collectors a fully playable experience, perfect for acting out Mortal Kombat matches. Fatalities are not exclusive to the video game world now!

The cards will feature popular Mortal Kombat characters, such as Sub-Zero and Scorpion. With a total of 200 cards, your main is sure to be included somewhere. There are 10 new main characters and more than 30 supporting characters included in the collection.

The Mortal Kombat cards will be joining a number of other franchises that have been released through Upper Deck’s Vs. System 2PCG, including all sorts of Marvel offerings as well as other beloved pop culture hits such as The X-Files and The Boys.
