It may only be August, but we’re giving you an excuse to blast “All I Want For Christmas Is You” and start dreaming of sugarplums because Funko kicked off its “Festival of Fun,” aka a few days full of new, (mostly) holiday-themed product reveals.
Things started off this morning with collectibles inspired by the holiday movie Jingle All the Way. There is a selection of Pop! figures inspired by the movie, including Turbo Man, Howard as Turbo Man, Howard with the giant candy cane, Myron, and Myron as Dementor. There is also a Walmart-exclusive Turbo Man action figure and a Funko Games card game inspired by the movie.
Funko also revealed that it is expanding into some new product categories this year, partnering with Walmart and Hallmark! This holiday season, Funko fans will be able to purchase Hallmark ornaments featuring Pop! versions of some popular characters, including the women of Friends, and favorites from Marvel, Star Wars, Harry Potter, and more. There will be corresponding Pop! wrapping paper available, too, with festive designs featuring many of the same characters. Both the ornaments and wrapping paper will be available exclusively at Walmart this fall (with the exception of a few funko.com-exclusive ornaments!).
