Fans can’t clamor back to convention centers yet, but that’s no problem for Funatics! Funko will host another Virtual Con in place of Emerald City Comic Con (ECCC) from March 1-5, bringing fans a week’s worth of exclusive giveaways.
Funko released six teasers of Spring Con ’21 exclusives to accompany the virtual event, with half currently revealed. On Twitter, the company already shared that one ECCC item will be a Pop! figure two-pack of WandaVision‘s Billy and Tommy. Following suit are Masters of the Universe, Underdog, Thundarr the Barbarian, Wheedle on the Needle, H.R. Pufnstuf, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Marvel, and Transformers Grimlock Pop! figures. The “confidential” figures are confirmed to be Nejire Chan from My Hero Academia, Belle from Beauty and the Beast, and Caterpillar from Alice in Wonderland. The ECCC funko.com exclusives will be available to shop on March 3, exclusively through a lottery system. To qualify for a spot, fans had to be a member of the Funko Fan Club (FFC) and opt-in by yesterday. Those who win a lottery slot will be notified on Feb. 24, and get their login information for the event.
Didn’t sign up for the lottery, but still hoping to get some exclusives for your collection? You can! The shared retailer items for this convention will be available to the public starting at 6 a.m. PST on March 4 on funko.com.
