In celebration of Super Bowl LVI this Sunday, Funko has announced new additions to its Funko GOLD line, featuring 5-inch and 12-inch vinyl figures of famous NFL athletes. Funko GOLD is a line of collectibles dedicated to music and sports.
The 5-inch figures include JJ Watt (Cardinals), Derrick Henry (Titans), Kyler Murray (Cardinals), Ezekiel Elliott (Cowboys), and Trevor Lawrence (Jaguars). The 12-inch figures include Tom Brady (Buccaneers), Baker Mayfield (Browns), Dak Prescott (Cowboys), Aaron Rodgers (Packers), and Lamar Jackson (Ravens). All of these figures also have a limited chase variant.
To commemorate this launch, Funko has transformed an area of its Funko Hollywood store into the GOLD Experience, where fans can stop by for photo opportunities with life-size statues of LeBron James and the Notorious B.I.G. and shop for vinyl figurines of all-star athletes from the NFL and NBA.
Funko’s accessory brand Loungefly also revealed a new NFL collection, featuring backpacks and wallets for NFL teams including the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Las Vegas Raiders, the Dallas Cowboys, the San Francisco 49ers, the Green Bay Packers, and the Seattle Seahawks.
Additionally, Funko has partnered with iHeartMedia for a limited-time giveaway in which fans have a chance to win a full suite of Funko GOLD figurines and a trip to a regular-season NFL game with a friend.
