NYCC: 12 Marvelous Marvel Items We Found at the Con

New York Comic Con (NYCC) is home to many, many fandoms these days, but let’s be real — The comic book heroes are the ones who started it all! While at the show, we scoured the floor for the best, new Marvel-inspired products. From Wakanda Forever collections to a Stan Lee tribute, this list has something for everyone who sees every MCU movie on opening night.

Apparel and accessories merch maker Heroes & Villains has an extensive new collection to celebrate Wakanda Forever. The line includes shirts, hats, a backpack, jackets, and other items with design elements inspired by the Wakandan flag. These items are available to shop now at heroesvillains.com, with prices ranging from $11.20-120.

Sticking with the Wakanda Forever theme, there is a new PVC Diorama of Namor as he appears in the upcoming Black Panther sequel. The detailed collectible made its debut at NYCC, will cost $60, and will be available next summer.

Good Smile Co. teased the sculpt for an upcoming Nendoroid figure of the Marvel legend Stan Lee. There is no additional information about this collectible yet — not even a release date — but it is officially licensed by Pow! Entertainment.

BAIT had this colorful selection of X-Men comics-inspired apparel available to purchase at its NYCC booth, including T-shirts with large, bold character graphics. According to the brand’s social media accounts, the collection will also be available online “soon.” In the meantime, BAIT has an extensive collection of Marvel apparel already available on its site.

Spider-Man is celebrating 60 years this year, and Hallmark is joining in on the festivities with two new Keepsake ornaments. One is inspired by the cover of “Amazing Fantasy No. 1,” the comic book in which Spider-Man first appeared. It is available to order now for $19.99 from Hallmark. The second ornament depicts Miles Morales in full web-swinging action. It’s also available now from Hallmark for $17.99.

This necklace, inspired by one of the wilder variants discovered in the Loki series, debuted at NYCC and almost immediately sold out. However, the company is restocking, so the necklace is available to preorder now for $125 from RockLove Jewelry. The necklace features Alligator Loki hanging from a chain, complete with 14K yellow gold horns.

This pop-up book is packed with detailed layouts and visually impressive effects that literally pop off of the page. The book features a variety of popular Marvel characters, including Spider-Man, the Avengers, and more. The book officially publishes on Nov. 15, but it is available to preorder now for $49.99.

Inside this display-worthy box, fans will find two wearable wrist bangles and two necklaces, all inspired by the accessories Kamala wears in the Disney+ series Ms. Marvel. SalesOne had the set on display at NYCC, but the limited-edition set (5,000 pieces total) is available to purchase exclusively at GameStop for $160.

The latest addition to Diamond Select Toys’ Animated series is split in half to depict both parts of one of Marvel’s most iconic heroes. One half is Peter Parker, the other is Spider-Man, both depicted in the style of Skottie Young. The statue will cost $60 and it will be available next summer. Preorders will open around the end of this month.

Inspired by the animated Marvel series on Disney+, this standalone miniatures game features Captain Carter, T’Challa Star-Lord, and Party Thor. Players command these characters against foes like Zombie Captain America in eight campaign scenarios. The game includes 10 pre-painted miniatures and is available to purchase now for $69.90 at shop.wizkids.com.

The Tamashii Nations booth included this epic display of the brand’s most recent Marvel collectibles, including the upcoming Venom figure inspired by Venom: Let There Be Carnage. Marvel fans can preorder this figure now for $130 on Amazon. It is scheduled to ship in the spring.
