The Paul George x Hot Wheels collaboration is *fire*.
A new collaboration between the NBA player, Mattel’s iconic die-cast car brand, and Nike includes two pieces: a pair of PG 6 sneakers and the Paul George Hot Wheels Circle Tracker Hot Wheels car.
The PG 6 Nike sneakers feature George’s number — 13 — on the side and his backwards Swoosh covered in Hot Wheels flames. The sneakers’ tongues are checked and have the iconic Hot Wheels logo, while the body of each sneaker is bright red, blue, orange, and white.
The Circle Tracker die-cast is inspired by the PG 6 sneakers, with the number 13, the same color scheme, a checked top, and Spectra flame paint. The 1:64-scale collectible car also features a cowl induction hood, a rounded profile, and a V8 engine. It also comes in packaging that’s designed to look like a Nike shoe box, complete with tissue paper.
The two pieces both come out on Nov. 23. The PG 6 sneakers will be available at nike.com and the Paul George Hot Wheels Circle Tracker car will be available from Mattel Creations.
Even if you’re not a Clippers fan, you have to agree these two Paul George pieces put the hot in Hot Wheels.
