The first season of HBO’s Peacemaker series was certainly a crazy ride. Picking up right after the events of last year’s The Suicide Squad movie, the show follows perhaps the most unhinged member of Task Force X as he returns to the U.S. and gets recruited for the mysterious “Project Butterfly.”
The season’s eight-episode arc featured plenty of wild moments (and some equally wild cameos). And now there’s some merch to match, thanks to Hot Toys. Sideshow gave fans a first look at the upcoming Peacemaker 1:6-scale Hot Toys figure, and it’s exactly as chaotic as you may expect.
This highly detailed collectible features the titular hero in his signature outfit, with the likeness of actor John Cena (who portrays Peacemaker in both The Suicide Squad and Peacemaker). There are two helmets to choose from, as well as an attachable tongue that collectors can use to give the character different facial expressions.
The hand-painted figure features more than 30 points of articulation and also comes with seven interchangeable, gloved hands and a variety of accessories weapons, including an axe, a holstered gun, and a sword. The highlight, however, is a miniature version of Eagly, Peacemaker’s fan-favorite pet bald eagle. The tiny Eagly comes with interchangeable wings so he can be posed either resting or about to take flight. Finally, the figure includes a character-branded display base.
The Peacemaker 1:6-scale figure is available to preorder now from Sideshow for $275. It is expected to ship late next spring.
