Sony wasn’t gonna let the lack of E3 hold back some of the biggest gaming reveals of the year. In its PS5 – The Future of Gaming virtual event, Sony and its publishing partners dropped the curtain on the first batch of games headed for Playstation 5, the ultra-powerful next-generation gaming console.
The lineup is a robust mix of new, original IP and fresh installments to fan-favorite franchises. Grand Theft Auto is coming to PS5 with GTAV Expanded & Enhanced. Console owners will also have access to GTA Online with a PS Plus membership in 2021. Ratchet & Clank are back in action, as are Agent 47 of the Hitman franchise and Sackboy from Little Big Planet. Additionally, Sony delivered a video showing off the power of the new system and its controller, along with previews of new games going all the way into 2022.
Looks like there will be no shortage of launch titles for the new console. Check out the entire presentation and all of the big reveal trailers in the playlist below!
