Trick-or-treat is kicking off early! To celebrate the season, See’s will host a sweet special event at its Shops at Santa Anita location in Arcadia, California. On Oct. 4, fans can swing by for delicious treats, giveaways, photo-ops, and to be among the first to snag these candy-coated collectibles.
