If you’ve been eying Sideshow’s website, dying to get a collectible figure, Bestember is the week for you.
Bestember is Sideshow’s latest virtual event, offering fans and collectors a week of excitement and community. The event kicked off yesterday, Sept. 12, and goes until this Friday, Sept. 16. Bestember is not only bringing fans up to 30% savings on collectibles, but it also has exclusive collectibles, fan polls, and plenty of giveaways.
When you sign up for Bestember, you gain access to Bestember-exclusive figures, including a reissue of the Hot Toys Iron Man Mark XLVI 1:6-scale figure. You’ll also get $10 in rewards, which is perfect if you’ve been saving up for one of Sideshow’s gorgeous art prints. Registering is free, and you can do so here.
To take part in the fun, fans can fight for your fandom favorites through daily polls on social media, then debate in the comments section of Sideshow’s nightly Bestember livestreams, which air at 5 p.m. PT on Sideshow’s YouTube channel. In last night’s show, the Sideshow staff went through the day’s polls, in which fans decided on the best Doctor from Doctor Who (David Tennant) and the best Star Trek ship design (the Enterprise). The team also did special giveaways for those watching the livestream.
Keep an eye out for 15-minute flash giveaways on Sideshow’s social media pages this week, too. There are also giveaway challenges hosted at sideshow.live, where you complete a challenge in order to be considered for prizes. If the judges like your entry, you could even be featured in the nightly wrap-up livestream!
Throughout the event, collectors will have the chance to win several figures, including the Captain America 1:6-Scale Figure by Hot Toys and the Green Lantern Maquette by Tweeterhead.
