We’re less than a week out from Halloween, and Mattel Creations is here to fuel fans’ spooky season spirit with a new doll in its Monster High Skullector series, which features limited-edition fashion dolls styled after iconic horror movie characters.
The next doll joining this line is inspired by Greta Gremlin, as seen in Gremlins 2. The doll features plenty of movie-inspired details, from green skin and hair to the iconic Gremlin ears. She comes dressed in a leopard-print dress and a red jacket and carries a heart-shaped purse. She also comes with a figure of Gizmo and a red lipstick accessory.
The doll’s packaging is just as cool as Greta herself, with a short paragraph on the back that’s written from Greta’s perspective and explains how she had a “glow-up.” The front features a stylized photo of the Greta doll facing away from the camera below the Gremlins 2 logo, and inside she is posed in front a laboratory background.
Monster High and Gremlins fans alike can get their hands on this doll for $60 starting at 9 a.m. PT (noon ET) on Oct. 29, exclusively from Mattel Creations. The previous Skullector dolls have sold out scary fast, so be ready to shop fast!
