Star Wars and manga fans, get excited. A new manga graphic novel, titled Star Wars: The Legends of Luke Skywalker: The Manga, from Viz Media and in collaboration with Lucasfilm, is coming from a galaxy not so far away.
The story, written by best-selling author Ken Liu, is based on his previous novel Journey to Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Liu is a winner of the Nebula, Hugo, and World Fantasy awards, proving he is no stranger to the world of fantasy writing.
The 208-page manga features artwork by renowned Japanese manga artists Akira Himekawa, Haruichi, Subaru, Akira Fukaya, and Takashi Kisaki, who work together to bring Jedi Luke Skywalker to life.
