Many kids think that they know everything there is to know about Disney, but do they really? The Op | USAopoly’s latest Disney game is Taboo: Disney Edition, a game that will put kids’ knowledge of Disney movies, characters, and objects to the test.
In Taboo, which is designed for preteens, kids are given a word to help other players guess. However, they can’t use clues that are too obvious. Each card lists out five words or phrases that aren’t allowed to be used as hints. For example, if kids are trying to get their teammates to guess Simba’s evil uncle Scar, kids can’t use clues like “Be Prepared,” “Hyenas,” or “Uncle.”
Each correct guess is worth a point, however, players get buzzed by the other team if they accidentally use one of the taboo words! The team with the most points at the end of the game wins!
This is a great game for kids who (think they) know everything there is about Disney. Who knows, they may have to start studying their Disney movies after playing a few rounds!
