Pop culture should be combined with popping open a cold beverage, at least according to Factory Entertainment. Its new line of officially licensed barware joins its other notable collectibles being showcased at Toy Fair New York (TFNY) this weekend.
The barware includes items from the Star Trek, Monty Python, Back to the Future, Jaws, and Jurassic Park franchises. Bottle openers designed to look like the hand phaser from Star Trek and the chomped-up oxygen tank from Jaws are sure to stand out on any nerd’s bar cart.
At TFNY, Factory Entertainment will also showcase its newest replicas from the Masters of the Universe, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and Lord of the Rings fandoms. The collectibles aim to reduce space without skimping on details while keeping it affordable for collecters. The 12-inch Aquaman trident, for example, is about 1:6 scale and 1:10 the price of the full-sized prop.
Revos are 4-inch-tall vinyl figures that are designed to be played with — not just collected. Fans should be on the lookout for new Back to the Future, Star Trek, Universal Monsters, and Batman Revos.
