Earlier this week, Super7 unveiled its lineup of new goodies headed to retail shelves this year, following its debut at Toy Fair New York (TFNY). One such offering included a 24-inch Super Shogun Transformers Optimus Prime figure, co-produced alongside Hasbro and FAO Schwarz.
We finally got a first look today at the massive collectible, which is now available to preorder. As seen in the photo below, this figure is based on the vintage Jumbo Machinder and Shogun Transformers figures and the very first toy Super7 ever made: the Super Shogun Stormtrooper.
Super Shogun Transformers Optimus Prime comes with a G1-era accurate and detailed paint job, three points of articulation, wheels on its feet, and a removable Ion Blaster accessory. The figure’s chest can open to reveal a removable Matrix of Leadership and its left fist includes a spring-loaded “rocket firing.”
The figure will retail for $350 and is available for preorder here.
