Vogue swapped its stilettos and couture gowns for Mickey ears and ice cream cones as the magazine transformed its usual street style coverage to feature looks from the Disney theme parks around the world instead. In a partnership with Disney, vogue.com showcased character-meets-couture get-ups straight from the runways of Disney’s Main Streets in Disneyland in Calif., Walt Disney World in Fla., Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disneyland, and Hong Kong Disneyland, and on Mickey Avenue in Shanghai Disney Resort.

The website takeover celebrates the World’s Biggest Mouse Party at Disney Parks for the 90th Anniversary of Mickey and Minnie Mouse. As part of the branded collaboration, vogue.com filled their Main Street Style hub with stylish park goers, influencers, and models wearing new park merchandise inspired by rodent-turned-influencer Mickey Mouse. The fashionable pieces, such as the Disney x Levi’s Mickey Mouse jacket, are available for purchase at the parks or on shopdisney.com.

Disney continues the Mickey and Minnie celebrations with the following events:

  • Jan. 18, Walt Disney World Resort in Fla.: Mickey and Minnie’s Surprise Celebration at Magic Kingdom Park, with the new Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party, special Mickey- and Minnie-themed food and merchandise, and more surprises.
  • Jan. 25 onward, Disneyland Resort in Calif.: Get Your Ears On: A Mickey and Minnie Celebration begins Jan. 25 with the return of Mickey’s Soundsational Parade and the debut of nightly dance party Mickey’s Mix Magic at Disneyland Park.
  • June through Aug. 2019, Disney Cruise Line: Mickey and Minnie’s Surprise Party at Sea will be a high-energy afternoon deck party featuring favorite Disney characters, special entertainment, and more aboard the Disney Fantasy from June through Aug. 2019.
