A new division of Warner Bros. Discovery is setting up shop. 

Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experience will be in charge of expanding fan-facing experiences, including Warner Bros. Studio Tours and Warner Bros. IP at Universal Destinations & Experiences and Miral. 

“WBD has an incredible mix of location-based experiences for fans around the world, from theme parks and tours to exhibits, retail, and more,” says Bruce Campbell, Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer for WBD. “Bringing these two teams together under one roof gives us an opportunity to leverage and coordinate the talent and resources across all of our experiential businesses to better delight our consumers through offering even more truly authentic and engaging in-person experiences and events in every market.”

The new division combines the Global Themed Entertainment licensing group with the Studio Tours & Retail division into one cohesive unit that will focus on expanding location-based entertainment from some of our favorite franchises, including Harry Potter, DC, Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo, Game of Thrones, Friends, and more.
