The first episode of Pokémon: Twilight Wings premiered on YouTube today.
The episode, titled “Letter,” focuses on John, a young boy in the Galar region who dreams of being a Pokémon trainer from his hospital bed. A couple of Pokémon are introduced, but it really focuses on John meeting Chairman Rose — the man who could make his dreams come true.
The animation is what we’ve come to expect from the Pokémon world: simple, yet beautiful. One episode of the series, each five or six minutes long, will premiere every month until it concludes in the summer. Watch the first one below!
