Ready to do the Time Warp again? It’s been 50 years since the cult-classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show first hit theaters. Fans have been begging for a sequel, and you shall receive it in abundance — thanks to a new Kickstarter!
This Halloween, the strange saga continues with the film’s first official graphic novel: Bride of Rocky Horror. Set seven years after the first fateful night, this 95-page story follows Janet Weiss as a mysterious invitation forces her to reconnect with her ex-fiancé, Brad Majors. However, madness has taken its toll, and Janet must unravel Brad’s many secrets to solve the mystery — and maybe hit a Time Warp or two along the way.
The creative team behind Bride of Rocky Horror includes many notable names, such as Eisner Award-nominated writer Magdalene Visaggio (Girlmode), artist Noemi Vettori (X-Men Unlimited), and Bram Stoker Award-winning cover artist Soo Lee (Carmilla). Bit Bot Media will publish the graphic novel, and fans can secure their hardcover copy now by backing its Kickstarter page.
