Casetify is once again expanding its list of pop culture collabs. This time, the tech accessory brand is teaming up with Evangelion, one of the most popular Japanese anime series in history.
This collection utilizes the “Impact” events from the series along with Casetify’s best-selling Impact Case. The collab is aptly titled “Project-CSTF: Protection from Impact.”
The full line-up of impact-resistant accessories includes iconic logos and scenes from the anime. There are character-design cases of Evangelion’s pilots and MagSafe-compatible cases of representative Evangelion units. The collection also includes a typography case with various keywords from the anime series, as well as cases featuring Seele’s monolith and Nerv’s mark.
Special edition accessories from the collection include a charging dock replicating Evangelion’s mobile ejection stand and a collectible Airpods Pro/Pro2 case featuring the Evangelion Test Type-01. Other products include phone straps and Airpods cases with Evangelion Test Type-01 logo badges and color schemes, as well as a limited-edition water bottle design.
To commemorate this collab, an outdoor installation titled “Project-CSTF: The Kabukicho Operation” is being held at Shinjuku Kabukicho Cinecity Square in Japan from July 20-25.
Evangelion fans can visit casetify.com/co-lab/evangelion now to join the waitlist to shop the collection, which drops on July 20.
