Today marks 15 years of a film that either changed you or scarred you for life: Coraline.
Based on the 2002 book of the same name by Neil Gaiman, the stop-motion animated film follows Caroline Coraline as she moves into the Pink Palace and discovers another world. During the film, Coraline and the Other Mother play a little game with large stakes.
To celebrate the 15th anniversary, Laika Studios announced a new way to enjoy the classic story. This August, fans can head to the theaters with their yellow raincoats and dowsing rod to see Coraline in 3D.
Until then, you can watch the film on Max, read the book, play the board game, and add new Coraline-themed pieces to your celebratory collection.
