A new hero is zooming onto screens and into our merch collections!
Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products is gearing up for the launch of Blue Beetle, a new DC film that is set to hit theaters on Aug. 18. There is tons of new merch for the upcoming film, including apparel, collectibles, and more. The lineup features merch for all levels of fans, from those who have been reading Blue Beetle comics for years to casual DC fans who are getting their first introduction to the character.
Superheroes and action figures have always gone hand-in-hand. You can proudly display Spin Master’s lineup of 12-inch Blue Beetle figures, including Blue Beetle and Carapax. The collection also includes a Battle-Mode Blue Beetle figure, which lights up and says phrases from the movie.
McFarlane Toys is also joining in on the Blue Beetle fun with a 12-inch statue of Blue Beetle, a Mega Figure of Carapax, and 7-inch-scale action figures of the duo. Blue Beetle superfans will want to get their hands on the Blue Beetle DC Direct resin statue, an ultra-detailed figure which features Blue Beetle jumping into action with his wings outstretched.
Of course, what is a superhero movie without a Funko collection to go with it? Funko’s Blue Beetle lineup offers three Blue Beetle Pop! variants, including a Funko exclusive, a GameStop exclusive, and a Target exclusive. Fans can also snag a Carapax Pop! and a Jaime Reyes Pop!. There are four Funko Sodas for the movie: Blue Beetle with a Blue Beetle unmasked chase, Jaime Reyes with a chase of him holding the Scarab, Carapax with a chase of him in full armor, and Nana with a chase featuring her holding a Walkman.
The DC Shop is also fully stocked with Blue Beetle merch, including T-shirts, posters, hoodies, color-changing mugs, and a baseball cap that features an iridescent scarab.
The most unique part of this collection is the Blue Beetle horchata-flavored coffee from Comics on Coffee. This coffee comes in four different states — whole bean, ground, coarse ground, and fine ground — for different blends and tastes, like cinnamon and vanilla!
