The Disney Lorcana trading card game (TCG) is making its highly anticipated retail launch next month, but fans can get a jumpstart on the action with an official companion app, launching today from Ravensburger.
The Disney Lorcana TCG Companion app provides players and collectors with a digital library of game cards and other curated information for all things related to the game. It features a complete card catalog, which players can use to keep track of cards in their collection and to create a “wishlist” of cards they hope to add to their deck.
TCG rookies and experts alike will appreciate the app’s deckbuilding feature, which they can use to create and manage their custom decks right from their phones. Other highlights of the app include accessible how-to-play information and videos, a lore points counter tool, and the latest news updates from Disney Lorcana TCG. The free app is available to download now for iOS and Android devices.
Fans attending Gen Con (Aug. 3-6 in Indianapolis) will have the first chance worldwide to purchase Disney Lorcana: The First Chapter at the Ravensburger booth (No. 2001). The full suite of game products and accessories will then debut on Aug. 18 at local game stores and at Disney Parks. Then, starting on Sept. 1, fans can pick up Disney Lorcana at Target, Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Barnes & Noble, FYE, Hot Topic, shopdisney.com, and select Disney stores in the U.S.
