After skipping last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the video game-centric E3 convention is back and in full swing — virtually, that is.

AVATAR: FRONTIERS OF PANDORA
This new game from Ubisoft brings players into the world of James Cameron’s Avatar (and its sequels, which will maybe actually someday come out?). The game is scheduled to debut on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, Stadia, and Luna next year.

MARVEL THE GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY

MARVEL’S AVENGERS: BLACK PANTHER WAR FOR WAKANDA EXPANSION
Speaking of Square Enix Marvel games, last year’s Marvel’s Avengers game is getting a Black Panther expansion. It will be available in the game this August, at no additional cost.

SEA OF THIEVES: A PIRATE’S LIFE
Pirates of the Caribbean is finally headed to Sea of Thieves! The characters from Disney’s popular movie franchise will join the game for an original story starting on June 22. Sea of Thieves is available on Steam and Xbox One.

A NEW ZELDA GAME!
During its E3 direct presentation, Nintendo revealed the first footage for the highly anticipated sequel to Breath of the Wild. The game (title not revealed yet) will be available next year.

MARIO PARTY SUPERSTARS
Mario Party Superstars is heading to the Switch system this fall! The game is available for preorder now and will feature 100 minigames from the series catalog, all compatible with online play and all playable with button controls.
