Loungefly is bringing the Force to Los Angeles Comic Con (LACC)!
Here at The Pop Insider, we have a first look at a pair of show-exclusive Star Wars accessories that will be available at the Los Angeles Convention Center from Dec. 2-4. Both pieces are inspired by Star Wars: A New Hope, specifically when Luke Skywalker receives the Medal of Yavin for destroying the Death Star.
The Loungefly Star Wars LACC Luke Skywalker Medal Ceremony Mini Backpack will cost $90 and the matching Loungefly Star Wars LACC Luke Skywalker Medal Ceremony Zip-Around Wallet will cost $40. They are both made of vegan leather and feature applique, debossed, quilted, and printed details that replicate the front of Luke’s outfit from the end of the movie. This includes a prominent Medal of Yavin, Luke’s yellow jacket, and — on the backpack — his belt buckle.
Both accessories are packed with additional details, including an interior lining that has a repeating pattern of X-wing starfighters and the Rebel Alliance starbird symbol. That iconic symbol pops up again on the backpack, decorating the bottom right corner on the back.
