Speak for the Trees with Parks Project’s New ‘The Lorax’ Collection

Parks Project dropped another Dr. Seuss capsule collection, and it’s taking our breath away! Just in time for Earth Day, Parks Project is teaming up with Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax for an 8-piece line of playful hoodies, tees, shorts, and accessories that encourage fans to speak for the trees, for they have no tongues.

In the spirit of The Lorax, Dr. Seuss Enterprises and Parks Project are celebrating the collection by donating $10,000 to the Glacier National Park Conservancy. The donation will go towards the Native Plant Nursery, which cultivates more than 250 plants and trees that grow within the park. This collaboration inspires more fans to become “someone who cares a whole awful lot” about the outdoors — and look good doing it. 

Pulled from The Lorax’s wise, whiskered words, the Speak for the Trees Tee ($45) and Hoodie ($85) remind fans that just one small voice can grow into big changes. This cheerful purple design features Dr. Seuss-inspired graphics of The Lorax on his stump in the Truffula Tree forest. The words “We speak for the trees!” line the bottom, calling fans to do their part. Pair these tops with matching striped fleece shorts for a look worth rooting for!

The collection includes two more tees, and we Thneed them both! On the Leave It Better Tee ($45), the iconic call to action stands out in bright, colorful lettering from the dark fabric. Every letter features illustrations straight out of a Dr. Seuss book, like The Lorax’s bizarre home, Thneeds, and even cuddly Bar-ba-loots. If you’re celebrating Earth Day in a National Park, this white tee is a Big Sur-prise! This shirt turns Big Sur’s Lone Cypress into a whimsical Truffula tree, blooming from The Lorax’s “Unless” plot.

Whether out on the trail or visiting a friend, fans can rock conservation head-to-toe with baseball hats and socks! Both accessories include an embroidered patch of The Lorax perched in a Truffula Tree, and the back of the hat features an extra “We speak for the trees!” sewn above the clasp.
