  • 1 cup frozen, pitted cherries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

‘Tis the season for pumpkin pie, so why not make a healthy version that tastes just as delicious? Featuring Snoopy and Woodstock, the Peanuts portable blender makes it easy to whip up a delicious pumpkin-flavored treat!

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Mama’s Apple Pie

Hello Kitty’s favorite food is her mama’s apple pie, so we turned it into an on-the-go smoothie — yum! Enjoy the same comforting flavors in a delicious smoothie, no baking required. And make sure to share the recipe — as Hello Kitty says, you can never have too many friends!

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen banana (about 1/2 of a banana)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch each of nutmeg and allspice

*Add a handful of ice to any of these smoothies for additional thickness
