Celebrate 25 Years of Fast & Furious with New Merch, Events, & More

Wow, time moves fast. The first Fast & Furious film, The Fast and the Furious, is turning 25 this year, and Universal Products & Experiences is celebrating like a true Toretto: by going the extra mile. 

In honor of the anniversary, the company is dropping a massive lineup of merch, events, and experiences inspired by the high-octane franchise. From collectibles to closet staples, car shows to roller coasters, Fast & Furious fans have plenty of ways to celebrate the quarter-century milestone and the family that started it all. Products are rolling out to retailers now, with more to come throughout the year.

Fans can kick their collection into high gear with anniversary-themed Hot Wheels honoring hotrods throughout the films’ history, or put the pedal to the metal with two die-cast lines from Jada Toys. The Special Finish Series elevates familiar rides with flashy new finishes and premium paint treatments, while Small Blocks, an all-new collectible concept debuting with Fast & Furious, transforms them into compact caricatures with playfully exaggerated proportions.

Car junkies can truly embrace the garage spirit with new LEGO building sets. The collection features iconic cars from the 2001 original, like Brian O’Conner’s Toyota Supra MK4 and lime-green Mitsubishi Eclipse, but the ultimate showstopper is LEGO Technic Dodge Charger R/T. This 1,516-piece build gives fans a peek under the hood of Dom Toretto’s infamous ride, with authentic mechanics such as a working suspension, a chain-driven V8 engine, functional steering, and rear-wheel drive with a cardan shaft and differential.

For full-throttle fashion, fans can race to BoxLunch, Her Universe, Old Navy, Walmart, Amazon, and other mass and specialty retailers worldwide — even Japanese luxury fashion label Saint Michael! The lineup includes everything from stylish streetwear and graphic tees to bomber jackets and a tricked-out footwear line from PUMA. Whether you’re looking for your next ride-or-die or fueling up for Fast Forever, these pieces are totally gas. 

The celebration doesn’t stop at the shelves. Throughout the year, Universal will launch a wide variety of live events and activations worldwide, including motor shows, vehicle tours, pop-up shops, and more. The Fast and the Furious is even heading back to the big screen for a victory lap this month, so fans can relive every action-packed moment of the movie that kickstarted the Fast & Furious phenomenon.  

Theme parks are getting in on the action, too. At Universal Studios Hollywood, fans can hop on a brand-new high-speed roller coaster inspired by the series, Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift, with another version slated to open in Orlando in 2027. Each park will also roll out an exclusive merch collection featuring apparel and accessories inspired by both the attraction and the anniversary.
