While Willy Wonka’s Fizzy Lifting Drinks and 3-Course-Dinner Gum may not hit real world shelves anytime soon, the music makers and dreamers of dreams will soon be able to get their hands on some Wonka confections, courtesy of Ferrara Candy!
The company, which is behind brands like NERDS and Trolli, will release limited-edition Wonka Magic Hat Gummies shaped like Willy Wonka’s signature top hat! These gummies will come in four flavors: strawberry watermelon, raspberry grape, orange strawberry, and magic berries. Plus, each hat will house a “sweet magical surprise” that turns tongues — not noses — blue!
But it wouldn’t be truly Wonkonian if there wasn’t a golden ticket factor involved.
As such, Wonka Candy and Warner Bros. are hosting a twofold “Dream It & Do It” sweepstakes. With every purchase while supplies last, fans will receive $5 in movie rewards to see the upcoming prequel film Wonka in person. The larger prize is more chocolate factory in scale: fans will have the chance to win a Warner Bros. Studio Hollywood Deluxe Tour for four people! Seemingly no preference is given to those who have a grandpa named Joe.
The Wonka Magic Hat Gummies will be available at Walmart on Sept. 1, with wider availability beginning on Sept. 28. Until then, pure imagination will have to suffice.
