Something’s cooking in the kitchen, and it hails from across the land of Eorzea. The culinary delights from Final Fantasy XIV are coming to your kitchen in the form of a 192-page cookbook thanks to Square Enix and Insight Editions, and it’s filled with recipes that can be enjoyed by everyone, from the Elezen to the Miqo’te.

Each recipe comes with easy-to-follow instructions, and the book is made for both amateurs and professionals — each recipe features a difficulty ranking. So, if you want to start easy, begin with the coffee biscuit. Then, you’ll be able to move on to the Trapper’s quiche. Once you feel fully confident in your abilities, you’re ready to take on La Noscea’s Rolanberry cheesecake.

The cookbook is designed to excite every Final Fantasy fan. The book’s forward is written by Final Fantasy XVI Online Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida. Every recipe also has a small blurb at the top, written as if the instructions were received by different characters across the lands. This way, fans can discover the lore of these recipes and their origins. The variety of dishes provide both foods for snack time and delicious meals fit for royalty, so this cookbook is great for every occasion! Everything chefs need to know is included, such as ingredients, prep and cook times, serving size, and any dietary notes.

While fans have to wait until Nov. 9 to add The Ultimate Final Fantasy XIV Cookbook to their collections, it is available to preorder now for $35 from the Square Enix Store and select retailers. An exclusive version of the cookbook featuring an alternative cover design will be available for North American and Canadian buyers who purchase the book through GameStop.
