Dust off your Nimbus 2000 and grab some Floo powder because Harry Potter Shop is bringing holiday festivities to its New York and Chicago locations. Starting Nov. 10 in New York and Nov. 12 in Chicago, both stores will deliver holiday offerings, experiences, and treats.
The first stop on your shopping trip has to be the Butterbeer Bar. At both locations, the first 100 fans will receive a free Hot Butterbeer. Throughout the season, the bar will also offer limited-time refreshments like Hot Pumpkin Cider, Diagon Alley cookies, Chocolate Frog Brownies, and more. Â
Harry Potter fans can deck the halls and stuff their stockings with new holiday merch. Featuring a Diagon Alley in the Snow theme, the shop offers a wide range of sweaters, scarves, mugs, ornaments, and snow globes.

While you won’t find moving portraits, you can capture memories through the shops’ interactive experiences and photo moments. Snap a photo with the Sorting Hat’s festive backdrop, or attempt the Festive Forest Adventure scavenger hunt for a prize.Â
Fans can also give back this holiday season with the shops’ Sock Charity Drives. This year, Harry Potter Shop supports Chicago’s Cradles to Crayons initiative and New York’s Knock Knock Give a Sock program.
