Last year brought a LOT of major moments for Marvel fans, from the introductions of Kate Bishop and Yelena Belova to a live-action multiverse and Harry Styles joining the MCU. But one of the most major developments in the Marvel universe came in the finale of the series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, when Sam Wilson officially became Captain America.
This spring, pop culture accessories manufacturer Loungefly is releasing a collection that celebrates Sam’s transition from Falcon to Captain America.
The collection will include a mini backpack ($85) and a wallet ($40), both featuring a design inspired by the updated Captain America suit featured in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Both pieces also have a label with the show’s name, as well as an interior lining decorated with a winged star symbol that combines elements of the Captain America shield and the original Falcon suit.
The mini backpack also has a distinctly cool feature: a set of wings, like those featured on the new Captain America suit, that the wearer can rotate in or out for display. The zip-around wallet has space to store plenty of cards, with alternating red and white pockets.
