Ravensburger knows that everybody loves a good villain. It launched the Disney Villainous game, in which fans compete to achieve their evil goal, in 2018. The company’s next malevolent step? Marvel.

Marvel Villainous: Infinite Power celebrates five of the most malicious Marvel bad guys. Two will be announced at a later date (if one isn’t Loki I will riot) but the other three are Thanos, Hela, and Ultron. They will make up the villain movers — like this one from the Perfectly Wretched version of the game — and players embody them to fulfill their evil plans. Just — you know — don’t snap.

Two to four players carry out actions within their realm and deal twists of fate to their opponents from a shared deck of cards featuring original artwork. Three game modes are available so players can change the difficulty and time for changing gameplay.

Unearth the game in August at major retailers and game shops nationwide for $34.99.

As a kid, Nicole either wanted to be a professional toy player-wither or a writer. Somehow, as social media editor for The Toy Insider, The Toy Book, and The Pop Insider, she’s found a career as both. She's grateful to work somewhere that she can fully embrace both her love of teddy bears and her admiration for the Oxford comma. When she's not playing with toys at work, she's playing with her baby girl at home.
