Stan Lee Wax Figure seen in NYC | Source: Madame Tussaud’s

Even three years after his passing, the iconic Stan Lee is keeping up his iconic cameos as he prepares to make one of his most epic appearances yet.

Today, the Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum in NYC is honoring the real-life superhero with a Stan Lee wax figure. The figure will feature Lee in a signature “Spidey” pose, sporting the green sweater and khakis fans saw him wear in Avengers: Infinity War. In true Stan Lee fashion, the figure will be detailed with a big smile and his classic aviator glasses.

In celebration of its marvelous addition, Madame Tussauds took the Stan Lee statue on a little PR tour of its own. On Nov.16, Lee could be spotted in three separate locations in his hometown of NYC: Dr. Strange Sanctum Sanctorum on Bleecker Street, the Bethesda Terrace, and Stan Lee Way. Fans were able to get a sneak-peak at the figure before it was sent off to its final destination in the heart of Times Square.

The Stan Lee figure will be placed in Madame Tussuad’s newly refurbished and expanded Hall of Heroes. This new section will celebrate a range of the characters who Lee helped bring to life, including Antman & Wasp, Iron Man, and Groot. Lee will be standing proudly next to one of his most famous comic creations, Spider-Man.

Fans who are looking to visit Stan Lee in the Hall of Heroes can visit to plan an A-list experience.
