OK. If you’ve been wanting to enter the One Punch Man-universe lately, you’ll have a chance with an online action game inspired by the anime. One Punch Man World, by Crunchyroll and Perfect World Games, opened for pre-registration a few months ago. At Crunchyroll’s New York Comic Con (NYCC) panel, hosts Lauren Moore and Tim Lyu discussed how fans can play in the game and mentioned that you can still pre-register.
One Punch Man-lovers can play as several different characters in the game, such as Genos, Mumen Rider, Lightning Max, Saitama, and more. If you play through the storyline, you’ll have a chance to participate in battles from the anime. Try your hand at defeating the Subterranean King, Mosquito Girl, and more. Fans can also take on missions with their friends through the Hero Association HQ Hub.
If being the hero becomes too much, you can also play a mini-game at the arcade or go grocery shopping at the supermarket in One Punch Man World. Whether you’re battling villains in the storyline or battling a random citizen in the arcade, you’ll feel as powerful as the Serious Punch!
