Fans went wild as McCartney casually walked across the street, shades on and equipped with the sandal and sock combo swag—unlike last time, where he walked across the sidewalk barefoot. Although some fans think this might have been a profound decision, according to McCartney, it was just hot that day.
McCartney was at Abbey Road Studios to record a secret show and performed four songs off his upcoming Egypt Station, according to Entertainment Weekly. He debuted “Fuh (cq) You,” “Who Cares,” “Confidante,” and “Come On To Me,” at the show, which will premiere at a later date.
McCartney’s Egypt Station album will release on Sept. 7.
