All aboard the chew chew train! Ulysses Press is turning Alan R. Moon’s best-selling board game Ticket to Ride into an official cookbook. With more than 75 recipes from New England Clam Chowder to Montreal Poutine, continent-trotters can chef it up. Recipes are categorized by the game’s 15 destination tickets where each category includes an appetizer, a side dish, a main course, a dessert, and a (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) cocktail, all based on the corresponding cities. The cookbook will be released April 16.
