The final installment of an iconic saga is almost here. May the force be with us.Â
Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker will be released exactly a month from today, on Dec. 20, just in time for the holiday season. Ahead of the highly anticipated release, Walt Disney Studios has unveiled a series of special Rise of Skywalker character posters.Â
Just about every character from the third Star Wars saga is included. There’s Rey (Daisy Ridley), adorned in her battle robe, carrying a staph-life melee weapon. There’s Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), handsome and dreamy as can be, clutching his blaster, and there’s Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) wearing his mask, dressed in the full imperial getup, ready to strike a foe with his trademark red lightsaber.Â
The series also includes posters of the original trilogy’s characters who have reprised their roles this decade, such as C-3PO, Chewbacca, and Lando Calrissian.Â
