Netflix released an official trailer for the second season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, giving fans a taste of what’s coming in the new year. The hippest of all streaming services posted a first look on Instagram, with the caption “Thank u, hexed”—a nod to Ariana Grande’s newest single, “thank u, next.”
Kiernan Shipka is back in black as Sabrina Spellman—with a witchier new ‘do more reminiscent of the Archie Comics character she’s based on—with a bleach blonde bob. The fashion is on point, dripping in velvet, plaid mini skirts, and leather jackets, as Sabrina dances around to The Runaways’ “Cherry Bomb.”
Hilda (Lucy Davis), Zelda (Miranda Otto), and Ambrose Spellman (Chance Perdomo) all make appearances, as do The Weird Sisters, Harvey Kinkle (Ross Lynch), and Harvey’s biggest competition, Nicholas Scratch (Gavin Leatherwood).
And it looks like Sabrina finds herself in hot water as per usual—playing with fire (literally), making out with a mystery person (we can’t see who), and coming face to face with what may or may not be Satan himself.
