The trilogies, the prequels, Luke, Leia, and Han: When it comes to Star Wars, good things come in threes. True to form as always, LEGO has revealed three new LEGO Star Wars building sets at Comic Con International: San Diego (SDCC).
The first of the three is Ahsoka Tano’s T-6 Jedi Shuttle building set ($79.99). The starship model features a minifigure cockpit, landing gear, stud shooters, and two storage compartments. It also includes new Ahsoka Tano, Sabine Wren, Professor Huyang, and Marrok LEGO minifigures, plus blasters and lightsabers.
LEGO also debuted the New Republic E-Wing vs. Sin Hati’s Starfighter building set ($109.99), which comes with two buildable starships, four minifigures, and infinite galactic galavanting potential.
While the first two sets are intended for kids ages 9 and up, LEGO also released a brick Chewbacca display model ($199.99) for builders 18 and up. This mighty Chewbacca stands 18 inches tall and holds his bowcaster at the ready for any pesky Storm Troopers that may pop up.
The collection was revealed just ahead of the new Disney+ series, Star Wars: Ahsoka, which premiers Aug. 23.
The new Star Wars LEGO sets will drop online Sept. 1. However, while you wait for the standalone series you can awaken the Force of your fandom by preordering the new collection on the LEGO website now.
