Red light. Green light! Run over to Youtooz to shop the new Squid Game collection. The collab with the popular Netflix series introduces three plushies, four vinyl figures, and one print. All of the items will drop on May 5, and their kawaii style makes the show look much more wholesome than it is.
To start, the Piggy Bank plush is perfect for Squid Game fans who aren’t looking to break the bank. The plush is 9 inches tall with a golden round body and four stubby little legs. There is a different symbol printed on the bottom of each of its “hooves.” The Piggy Bank will be available for preorder for $29.99 and is expected to ship Sept. 1-30.
Stay very, very still because the Young-Hee Doll plush is watching. Dressed in a yellow short-sleeve shirt with a rounded collar under a simple orange dress, this doll wears white knee-high socks and brown shoes. At 9 inches tall, this plush is designed to resemble the giant doll featured in the first game in the show. Her short brown hair sports a pink clip and is pulled into two thick pigtails, while a devious smile curls up on her rosy-cheeked face. The Young-Hee Doll plush will cost $29.99 and is expected to ship Sept. 1-30.
The Guard plush will make sure you’re always following the rules. At 9 inches tall, this plush has the thick hood of its jumpsuit raised over its head, while a black mesh mask sits over its face, decorated with a large white “O.” The Guard plush will be available for preorder for $29.99 and is expected to ship Sept. 1-30.
The first vinyl figure is another Masked Soldier, who stands 4.5 inches tall and holds a gray submachine gun at the ready in gloved hands. The hood of the soldier’s pink jumpsuit is raised over their head and they are wearing a mask printed with a large white triangle. The exterior of the protective packaging sees him standing in front of a group of soldiers in formation on a set of stairs. The Masked Soldier vinyl will be available for preorder for $29.99 and is expected to ship Sept. 2 – Oct. 2.
Kang Sae-Byeok has one goal in mind: to win. At 4.4 inches tall, her vinyl figure is posed with her right hand resting in her jacket pocket while her left hand clenches a gray blade that she’s more than willing to use. Her bob of messy black hair sits atop a tilted head and frames her freckled face with a dripping cut on her cheek. She wears a simple green tracksuit with white stripes, opened to reveal a white shirt with the numbers 067 printed on it. The Kang Sae-Byeok vinyl will be available for preorder for $29.99 and is expected to ship Sept. 2 – Oct. 2.
Seong Gi-Hun accepted Youtooz’s invitation for his vinyl debut. Standing 5 inches tall and posed with his hands stuffed into the pockets of his jacket, Seong Gi-Hun has a mop of black hair. His tilted head beams with a toothy grin under the subtle whiskers of a mustache. He wears his simple green tracksuit with white stripes over the white shirt printed with the number 456. The exterior of his packaging shows him and his designated number in an illuminated purple square. The Seong Gi-Hun vinyl will be available for preorder for $29.99 and is expected to ship Sept. 2 – Oct. 2.
The Young-Hee Doll vinyl figure is watching you at all times. At 4.5 inches tall, she’s posed with an outstretched arm and her head spun around 180 degrees. She’s dressed in her orange pleated dress over her yellow shirt with frilled white socks and black shoes. Her packaging’s exterior shows her staring at you across the deadly field where contestants play Red Light, Green Light. The Young-Hee Doll vinyl will be available for preorder for $29.99 and is expected to ship Sept. 2 – Oct. 2.
Lastly, Youtooz’ Squid Game print measures in at 11 by 17 inches. Popping with vibrant colors, the print shows Seong Gi-Hun staring out with a face full of fear as his hands rest on the bloody ledge of a maze of runways and stairs filled with an endless procession of pink guards. Kang Sae-Byeok is looking up from the bottom of the print in terror while a warm light is cast over the scene from above them by the huge golden piggy bank filled with thick bundles of money. The Squid Game print will be available for preorder for $40 and will only ship to addresses in the U.S. and Canada.
