Summer just got more epic — and spooky!
Next month, Stranger Things fans can celebrate the return of the hit sci-fi series this summer at Baskin-Robbins.
Two exclusive Stranger Things-inspired ice cream Flavors of the Month will creep out of the Upside Down. Eleven’s Heaven couldn’t describe the first flavor better, as the waffle-cone flavored ice cream is topped with chocolate-coated sugar cone pieces and a chocolate icing flavored ribbon. Meanwhile, the Upside Down Praline is chocolate-covered ice cream with praline pecans and a chocolate-caramel-flavored ribbon, yummy enough for the meanest Demodogs.
Fans have all month to devour Stranger Things-inspired creations, including an Upside Down Sundae, a Demogorgon Sundae, a Byer’s House Lights Polar Pizza Ice Cream Treat, a USS Butterscotch Quarts, and an Elevenade Freeze. They can also stock up on tons of merch ahead of the premiere, including an exclusive Steve Funko figure, ‘80s-inspired magnets and sticker sets, and Stranger Things T-shirts. Fans will also have the chance to collect four limited-edition containers with Stranger Things designs and fresh-packed ice cream.
“We wanted to give fans a taste of the new season of Stranger Things and are thrilled to partner with Netflix to give customers across the country an experience straight out of Hawkins, Indiana,” Carol Austin, VP of marketing for Baskin-Robbins, says in a statement. “Whether you love the show or just love some seriously delicious ice cream creations, we’ve got something for everyone.”
The celebration will continue on Sunday, June 9, when Baskin-Robbins hosts an Elevenade Freeze National Sampling Day from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Fans on the West Coast will also get the chance to experience Netflix’s Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream Shop in June when Baskin-Robbins drives around serving the limited-edition ice cream from a one-of-a-kind ice cream truck.
Stranger Things returns for its third season on July 4.
