Bro, do you even lift? “The Mountain” sure as hell does.

Hafthor Julius IRL, better know as  Gregor “The Mountain” Clegane from Game of Thrones, was crowned the world’s strongest man at the 2018 World’s Strongest Man competition in Manila.

After being named victor, at 6’9″ and 400 pounds, the 29-year-old Icelander shared a pic on instagram with him and Mateusz Kieliszkowski from Poland, who came in second place, and Brain Shaw from the U.S., who came in third place #jacked.

For “The Mountain,” this honor was a long time coming as he had placed second in 2016 and 2017, and had placed either 2nd or 3rd over the last six years.

According to The Washington Post, “The Mountain” came in first in three of the six events during the two day competition—the vehicle dead lift, the max overhead, and the loading race. He came in fourth in the frame carry, second in the truck pull, and fifth in the atlas stones.

Job well done, “The Mountain.” You are strong AF.
