Target and Walmart are the go-to spots for robot action this week.

Hasbro continued its Transformers 40th Anniversary Fanstream event today with the second of four streams planned for this month. It was short and snappy, but packed with intel for those interested in new developments in the ongoing war between the Autobots and Decepticons.

First up, today is the last day to back the Transformers: Legacy Robots in Disguise 2001 Omega Prime HasLab campaign. A massive success with more than 22,000 backers against a 10,000 minimum, if the FOMO is real, get in on it now! Previous Transformers HasLab campaigns, including the gigantic Unicron that was on display at The Pop Insider’s 2019 New York Comic Con (NYCC) booth go for big bucks on the secondary market (we’re talking thousand$$$$ here).

With Walmart Collector Con underway, Hasbro unveiled four new additions to the Transformers Legacy United collection. Fans can collect Voyager Class Star Raider Ferak, Deluxe Class Star Raider Filch, Deluxe Class Star Raider Lockdown, and Deluxe Class Star Raider Cannonball! It’s not an Allspark, but Walmart does have a “spark” on its buildings and website, so roll out to grab these while you can.

Speaking of retail icons and mascots, Target is getting in on the action in a big way with the Transformers Generations Target Optimus Prime and Autobot Bullseye. The special edition set features Optimus Prime in an alt mode bearing the livery of a Target delivery truck. Always one to rock with a companion, Target’s Bullseye is reimagined as a package that turns into the famed dog. Preorders are open now with delivery slated for June.
